Submitting Articles to Requests

Hi Writers,

If you are submitting your article to a request, please be sure to submit the article to the correct request. If the article is submitted to the incorrect request, I have no option but to reject the article, even though it may otherwise pass inspection. This is unable to be changed from my end, and it doesn't do you or the customer any good if the article goes to the wrong requester!
