I don't know if a public request submitted correctly

Hi,
I submitted my first article for a public request. When I hit submit, the screen instructed me to log in again. Then it went to back to the submission page. The article is not showing up on my profile. Did it go through or will I have to resubmit it?

Go to My Content and look there. If it's not there, you will need to resubmit. Sounds like you got logged out for inactivity (the timeout is exceedingly short IMO) before you hit the submit button.
