Question Marks - Celeste?

You mentioned in the last thread that you were noticing question marks in the titles and short summaries. Does this only happen when you submit, or are there existing articles for sale that exhibit this problem? If so, can you point me in the direction of one or two?

Actually it's apostrophes and quotation marks. This is a fairly recent problem, maybe in the last two weeks or so. It's not just me. Here's one of mine:
