Waiting?

Hi

I just checked My Content and an article "The Upside to the Great Downturn" has the status "waiting" where normally it would either be "sold" or "view." Is this because the customer has purchased it and the 3 day return period has not lapsed? I've noticed that it is no longer available to view at all on My Profile page, nor searchable on the CC website.

This often happens when the customer pays with an "eCheck" via PayPal rather than a credit card. It won't register as sold until the check clears. If it stays stuck for more than a few days, contact support as glitch-related "waiting" issues sometimes occur.
