Hello. I just have a questions about fiction writing. I noticed in the guidelines that constant content does not accept fiction, but I've also noticed that some authors seem to be selling fictional stories in the creative writing section. Have the guidlines changed and just not been updated? Or am I compeltely off my rocker?

No, the guidelines have not changed. Any fiction on the site is a result of a customer request or has been on the site since before the guidelines were changed.
