Anyone know what this is all about? It sounds a little hinky to me with them talking about indemnity from later claims by copyright holders who realize their work is published without their consent. I mean just what qualifies as "orphaned work" and what is reasonable contact for a copyright holder. Plus, I have a few issues with the assumption that all written work, if the copyright holder cannot be found, should be shared. That is a gross assumption...
