Hi Writers,
There is are a lot of books out there that will tell you how to train your dog.
When I see a sentence like this, my first thought is, "Out there? Out where?! Space?"

To eliminate the use of this phrase, you can rework the sentence in a variety of ways to express the intended meaning more clearly:
A web search will generate a long list of books that will teach you how to train your dog.
Looking for a good dog training manual? Try your local library or bookstore, or search the web for dog training guides.
It is easy to find books about dog training, but how do you find a professionally written manual on a method that is proven to work?
You may have some other suggestions about how to avoid using the phrase "out there."
Thanks,
Ed
