Introduction and Question

Hi everyone,

I'm a new writer and just wanted to say hello. My background is in technical writing; however, I've recently started doing some freelance writing for Demand Studios and really enjoy it. My specialties include writing tutorials on glass art and web design topics.

As I get ready to write on Constant Content, the biggest question I have now is about the format of our articles. For example, Demand Studios provides specific templates for "how-to" or "about" type documents. Do we use outlines here or do we just structure the content as we see fit? I've searched this site and couldn't find the information, though I could have missed it.
