Hi, Hope this is the right forum to address this question in. As per CC guidelines, I submit my articles in .doc format. What happens when a buyer requests articles be submitted in .txt format only and mine are already in .doc format? Do they still get referred to the buyer?
Thanks so much. Still learning and I really appreciate this forum.

Re: Requested Content question
Hi,
It's unusual for a customer to request .txt but it does happen and .txt is an accepted format. You can save your Word document as .txt by choosing File > Save As and picking .txt from the list of file types. If you have Word 2007, go to the Office button and choose Save As > Other Formats. Choose Plain Text (.txt) in the Save As Type box.
By the way, you can submit both documents. Once you upload one document and complete the submission, go back to My Content, click Edit, and scroll down to the area where you can see your file. I believe there's an "Add Another" or similar link in that area. You'll see it if you look.
