Question About Usage License and By-Line

I just found one of my,recently purchased, articles on a cool site out of Australia. I checked and it was a legitimate purchase, but for usage only. Is this publisher obligated to use my by-line? I was under the impression that she was. The article is currently featured with no by-line at all.

Bylines may only be removed with full rights purchase, though if the writer doesn't include the byline in the article document, the customer may forget to include this or may be under the impression that she doesn't have to include it. Please contact Support about this issue.
