Why can't we choose Full Rights Only to sell?

I'm just curious why we can't uncheck Usage Rights when offering an aritcle for sale? We can choose Usage only, but not Full Rights or Unique Rights only. I know we can just set the price for Usage and Full Rights the same and get pretty much the same results, but just thought it would be cleaner if we could uncheck the Usage Rights box.

That's not a bad idea, though as you stated, to allow for a de facto fullrights-only pricing scheme is relatively straightforward. We shall place it in the 'to do' list.
