Another formatting question
I wanted to ask regarding line spacing and paragraphs because I just want to triple check.
I understand that between lines you must have single spacing but for example when I hit Enter (only once) to move to a new paragraph, Word automatically inserts a wider space, 1.1 I think. I like it because I find it easier on my eyes, but before submission should I reduce it or is that ok, as long as Enter has not been hit twice?
Thanks very much.

Re: Another formatting question
The space between the paragraphs should be single spacing (exactly 1). Remember the font must be a standard 12 point, so the spacing between paragraphs would be exactly 12 points.

Re: Another formatting question
If you hit enter only once and Word inserts the space automatically, regardless of the size of the space, you will need to hit enter one more time or change your settings in Word. Otherwise, when you copy and paste the text into the long summary, you won't have any spacing between the paragraphs.
Re: Another formatting question
I just let Word do its thing and then go into the submission form manually and insert a space in between paragraphs in the long summary. So far, so good.

Re: Another formatting question
If you want to change Word's settings, it's easy to do. Open the normal.dot document which is the default template for new documents. Then click on the tiny square symbol at the right of the Paragraphs section of the Word 2007 Home tab. In the spacing section, make sure that 0 pt is entered in "Before" and "After" fields. Also make sure single spacing is set. Confirm your choices by clicking OK and saving the normal.dot document. That's it. All new documents will have these new paragraph settings.

Ok, just so I get it... I am very visual lol
This is a paragraph with yadayugfsga. How much stuff do I have to write until this wraps around for goodness sake, I am only trying to make a point. Finally.
This is paragraph 2.
Or

Oh, and completely unrelated, which do you think is better:
A professionally designed and managed SEO campaign will ........
or
An SEO campaign that is professionally designed and managed will......
Thanks a million.

Please view the content details of articles for sale. This is how articles and content details must be formatted. Single spaced paragraphs, double spaces between paragraphs.
For example:

Thank you,

This one is correct:
This is a paragraph with yadayugfsga. How much stuff do I have to write until this wraps around for goodness sake, I am only trying to make a point. Finally.
This is paragraph 2.
I like this one better:

Thank you very much and I apologize if I am being a pest.
Re: Another formatting question
If you're still looking for opinions, I agree with Celeste: "A professionally designed and managed . . . " is better. (Fewer words is almost always better.)
