Sorry if this has been asked, but I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for.
I've been away from CC for a little more than a month, and when I logged in, I noticed that I had 'best offers' on 2 of my articles-from almost 3 weeks ago. I didn't get an email notification of these offers, and I didn't see it in my CC inbox either, so I was just wondering if that's correct and we don't get notifications of 'best offers' unless we log in to our account?
Thanks anyone!
Happy Friday!!
Email notification of offers?

Re: Email notification of offers?
Maybe check your spam folder? I received two last night. I notice the "sold" emails are still delayed about 24 hours and the public request emails have been delayed as well. I use gmail, but sometimes email delays are the fault of the recipient's email provider and not the sender.

Re: Email notification of offers?
I use Hotmail, and always check my junk mail since everything seems to go there! It wasn't in my CC inbox either. But who knows...just wanted to check if it is general practice to get an email when someone submits an offer. Thanks!

Normally you do get an email, but you'll have to double-check to see if the option is turned on in your account settings. There was a site face lift a few months back, and a few options added.
