Just logged on to discover that I have made my first sale! $40 for full rights. Out of the seven articles that I've had accepted so far, this was probably the one that took the least time to research and write, so not sure what to make of that...

Congratulations--that is great news! Like Anne said, sometimes the quickies do sell better than the ones you agonized over...you just never know, but the more you write the more choices potential buyers will have.
