Question for Ed

Post by canywriter »

Not sure if this is for Ed or for CC, but here goes. My timing has been bad on the last couple of occasions when writing for a public request - and both times my article was accepted almost as the same time as the requestor finished purchase/s and took down the request.

My question is - what happens to the article in question? Does the customer still get to see it even if the request is closed? Or does it stay somewhere in limbo for the three, ( I think, nowadays, it's closer to five) days?

Thanks

Hi Cany,

When the article is accepted the requestor will still be notified. So, if you are early enough that you CAN submit the article to the request, the requestor will be notified of your submission.

At the moment, your article is going to be held privately for the holding period as usual.

Thanks for the clarification - I was just worried it would be somewhere in limbo. Good to know tha requestor can still look at it.
