Account debited, Payment not received

Hello,
Thanks in advance for your help. My account had a good bit over $50 in it last time I checked last week, and I know my affiliates made a bit more since then. I think the last time I checked it was Thursday night or Friday during the day. I heard through the grapevine that payment went out on Saturday.

Now my account is down to $16, yetI have not received a Paypal transfer or any payment at all. What could be wrong? This has never happened to me before. Can we figure out how much I was supposed to get and fix the situation?

Thanks Ed! I did email support last night and got the answer I needed. I just didn't know which would be better to contact. Thanks for your time and help.
