Copyright violation - whole website?

I stumbled across constantcontentsource at a .com (I don't want to give them a link here. Is this site violating any copyrights for CC? Seems like they stole the CC name.

Hi JadeDragon,

Thanks for the heads up. There is also constantcontentblog .com which is a near infringement another near infringement on our name. We are actively keeping an eye on these folks.

Ugh, and they're offering "free web content." Great, just great. (Sorry, just found two more stolen articles, and wondering why I'm such a target it seems for content crooks)

As far as the second one, the blog one, it looks like this person isn't trying to spoof CC or anything like that. Plus, it looks like she's been blogging since 2003. I'm not sure when CC began, but it was still fairly new when I joined in early 2006.
