Percentage Paid to Authors

I seem to remember a notice from Admin not long after I joined CC (Jan 06) stating the percentage paid to authors was changed from 50% to 65%. I cannot find that notice in the forums.

Can you give me a date that this change took place, for bookkeeping purposes.
