First Article Rejected, Not Sure Why

I posted my first article a few days ago and it's been rejected – "Please follow all formatting guidelines. "

I've read through all the guidelines again, and the forum, but I'm still confused.

My article title is "The World’s Shortest & Tallest Soccer Players in Professional Soccer Today". I submitted in docx, which I have since read is ok. Times New Roman 12 Point text. I'm pretty sure my spacing was good. What else could I be missing as far as formatting issues are concerned?

Hmm. The article did not appear in TNR 12 pt. Can you check the file/resave, and try again?
