Rejected Then Suspended On First Article

Hello, all. Now from my understanding suspensions are permanent, but I have a case to be made to mine. I am new to Constant Content and was wanting to showcase my abilities, but my account was suspended after the article in question was accused of plagiarism. I would never plagiarize any articles, and I have checked my article with CopyScape to make sure it was 100% unique and it was. I wrote the article 100%. Please help.
