I hope I'm not taxing ya'll with too many questions, but here is another one.
Do you capitalize the b in by in your byline? I've never seen it done in real life, but I've come across it here in the forum and I don't want to run afoul of the Ed. Right now, I have mine as xxxxxxxxx by April Preston.
Thanks everyone for all of your help.
April P.

Re: Byline Capitalization
I think the normal way to do a byline is to put it on a separate line after the title. Example:
The Title of the Article
By Your Name
The Title of the Article
By Your Name

Re: Byline Capitalization
Thanks, but my question is not where to put the "by", but if it should be capitalized. Thanks anyway. I should have been more specific. The way I currently have it is
xxxxxxxx
by April Preston
But I've seen it this way, also -
xxxxxxx
By April Preston
I was wondering if there was a CC preference.

I think it's fine either way.

Thanks Celeste,
I submitted with a little b and it was okay. I don't want to get caught up with the details. But, I want to get it right.
