Anyone can write for a public request - even new authors. After all the article has to pass Ed before the customer sees it.

You can't message customers until you reach a certain level though. You also can't submit more than 3 articles until you get the first accepted.

Jane, Debbi and jadedragon, thanks once again for the advice regarding my point of sale article. The article was not only accepted, but sold, so the nerves (and hard work) were worth it.
