I am from South Africa. Will I be paid for my articles and how?

CC pays authors via Paypal. I've worked with those from South Africa and have used Paypal to facilitate sending and receiving payments so you should be able to receive payments for articles you sell here. You can choose to be paid once a month or twice a month (go to your "Edit Your Account" for this option).
