Hi everyone,
I have to contact support to ask them to email a client so that he/she will buy or return 3 of my articles (currently on "waiting" for 2 weeks). I sent an email via "contact us" but haven't heard anything in almost a week. Is that the proper way to contact support, or is there some other method?

That's how I've ever contacted them. Send another email, your first must have fallen through the cracks.

We regularly contact orders that haven't been completed, and in the event that we receive no confirmation of the purchase we delete the order and return the articles to the general pool. We usually give a week for orders to be processed, so if it has been longer than that please let us know.
