Not sure if I should be specific, but there is one customer request where the customer's purchase rate is 0. I know for a fact that the customer used to have loads of purchased articles. I even went back to my purchased articles and yep, he bought one from me, so I at least know he has bought 1. I am pretty sure this customer had double or even triple digits in a purchase rate.
Did customer purchase ratings get cleared at some point? Can two customers have the same name? I'm kinda wondering, because I am a little hesitant about writing for a 0 purchase rating. Sometimes I will, though, and I am wondering if this guy is the same guy in my purchased list or if two customers can have the same rating.

Re: Question on customer purchase rate
Some can have the same name. I believe their CC names are basically the names in front of the @ in their email addresses. For example, I know that there is more than one customer with the CC screen name of named "info."

aaaah, that makes sense. Thanks Celeste. I recognize the "info" name. I was referring to "admin." Now, it makes sense.
