I wrote an article for a Private Request which was rejected because of a typing error. I have re-submitted it.
My problem is that my requestor is getting extremely upset because she can't see the article. When I submitted it, the PR category wouldn't work.
Can I send it to her in an email here? I don't think that I can. What should I do?

Re: Private Request
Has the article been approved yet? If so, you can message her via the CC system and include a link to it. If it hasn't been approved, then it's a waiting game. Did her request expire between the submission and now? You could submit the article and choose the Private Request category which keeps it private if her request expired.

Re: Private Request
Thank you, Celeste.
The customer is going to write to C-C as well. She is in a hurry for the article, unfortunately. I hope
that she will wait!

Re: Private Request
Are we allowed to send drafts of articles to private customers through C-C?
I needed to make some changes to my last article for a private request and I don't want to have any more problems!
