New here, found this place by accident. I was looking for a way to make a little bit of extra cash and BOOM here I am. I've always enjoyed writing and never knew I could get paid of it. Let's hope I'm actually a decent writer and not like a contestant on the American Idol who doesn't realize that he sounds like a choking chicken.

Welcome TabControl! If you just happened upon CC, you likely are not familiar with online writing and CC's general reputation. Make sure to thoroughly read through these forums and familiarize yourself with the guidelines before submitting! CC is one of the more professional content sites online. They expect their authors to be able to edit their own work and submit quality writing that adheres to the guidelines. It may sound strict, but well worth it! Articles sell here for much more than they do at other content sites! Good luck!

Welcome! I'm like you, I stumbled on CC - and I'm so glad I did! I like to think I didn't sound like a squawking chicken though LOL.

I'm sure I can write error free for the most part and catch the mistakes I make, my only issue is making the articles attractive and/or interesting enough to read. I know technical parts, now I need to make sure that my design is decent.
