Waiting

I just went into the my content and looking down the list there are different things in the status. Most of them I can figure out like review, view, sold. What I don't understand is the waiting. Does anyone know what this means. I couldn't find any infomation on it. Thank you for your help.

The "waiting" status means a customer has placed your article in their cart. If it is a new customer to CC, it may even be that they have already purchased it,but are waiting for verification. New customers have to go through a 3 day process. Also, if they are paying by e-check,it may take a couple of days to go through. Occasionally, a customer will place an article in their cart and forget about it. When that happens, your article has to be released from their cart. if it remains in "waiting" status for more than 3 or 4 days, you may need to contact support. All of the ones I have had in "waiting" status have sold though...so here's to a sale soon! Good luck!

Oh,yay! Thank you for the answer April. That's a big help when trying to figure things out. I have never seen that before.
