articles for public request

Post by katemcbride »

I have one article published and two for public request under review. Both requests expire tomorrow.
Will these two articles still be considered for publishing on the site anyway even if they are not reviewed and accepted in time for the public request?

Another quick c-c newbie question. :)

I had a public request submission bought for usage rights. So far it's not
showing up on my articles page. Is that because of the three day period
the requester has to purchase? In this case, do they still have exclusive
rights for that three day period in case they change their mind and decide
on exclusive rights? Will it later show up in my c-c portfolio?

Thanks!

I think you are correct - still in the three days. It will show up I'm sure. Don't sweat it.

It has been several days since the article I submitted for a public request was purchased for usage rights. It is still not showing in list of articles for sale. How would I get this cleared up? Any help would be appreciated. :)

Thanks!

I would suggest sending a message to support via the 'contact' button. That's what worked for me when I had a similar situation. My article was moved on in minutes (though that was on a week day - may take a bit longer if you email them today as it is the weekend).

Thanks, Lynnemac. I did send a message through the Contact button.
Haven't heard anything yet, but figuring I will this week. :)

Appreciate your help.
