Are Selling Options Automatically Updated As Usage Is Sold?

Hi gang! This is my first post here, so please be patient if I missed this question being answered elsewhere.

If someone purchases Usage rights, am I no longer allowed to sell the article for Unique and Full Rights? I think I know the answer to this, but I want to be completely sure.

If the answer is no and someone were to purchase an article for Usage rights, does Constant Content automatically remove the Unique and Full Rights options for me or do I have to manually remove them?
