Articles still getting "stuck"

A month or so ago, when they new system was being installed,I had problems with article I submitted to requests not returning back to my profile after 3 days. I thought it had been taken care of, but it appears to be happening again. I have about 5 articles that I submitted to requests a few days ago (I know one was on the 20th and one on the 21st...not sure about the other 3). Have they increased the time articles are made exlusive to clients, or am I having articles get "stuck" again? Just wondering if anyone else has been having similar problems...

Yes April - I had something similar happen in the last couple of weeks. I submitted two articles to separate requests and both sat with the requesters for at least a week (I think one was gone for two weeks). Anyway, they were eventually returned to the pool, but neither had been viewed by the respective customers - no clicks - bar one that I made to check the article was even viewable (another problem I seem to be having). So I'm now wondering if the articles somehow got 'stuck' as you said, and the customers didn't even get to view them. Wouldn't it be odd, as a customer, not to even take a quick look at an article just to see if it was what you were after?

Hmm, some of the ones in the past month or so that do come back to my profile I also notice haven't been viewed. I also had a private request customer who didn't know her orders were there waiting on her (that happened a couple of times). I am now thinking a large part of the problem (besides articles not returning to profile pages) is the messaging system. I know we do not get messages on a regular basis like before...I wonder if clients are still getting notified in their regular email that they have orders waiting. I realize CC installed a new system awhile back, but I hope these bugs all get ironed out soon...

(sigh) It appears this is still a problem. I have to directly contact support the majority of the time to have articles released. I now have 3 others that have not been released. One was submitted to a request on June 29, one on June 30, and one on July 1. I hope this gets resolved soon...or that they are at least trying to resolve it. It seems the problem has been ongoing for some time now. Maybe instead of contacting support every time I should just delete and resubmit...

I am having similar problems with customers not looking at the submissions. As for the last week of June, the editors were ignoring my submissions to public requests and so I ended up deleting them, revising them, and resubmitting as regular articles. I am not sure why this is happening when they took the notice down that they were behind on reviews.
