CAN'T FIND MY ARTICLE

Hi everyone,

I submitted an article for a request. I then received an e- mail saying that it would be passed to customer for consideration. 7 days have now gone by and it has not been purchased or placed in the pool of articles for sale. Does it sometimes take longer than 3 days for articles to be rejected? I have not received any further messages from this site to tell me where my article is. Thanks .

There have been problems from time to time with the workflow since the site was upgraded. If the article has not appeared in your profile after 7 days, I would suggest you send a note to the helpdesk letting them know. Include the title of your article in the note to help them find it.
