Wrong Amount?
I sold an article today for $15 for usage rights. The email said my account has been credited with $9.75. However, on my account page, it only says $9. Will this remedy itself or is there a problem?

I had the same problem, but I think it must be related to taxes or something of the sort. I wrote to support, but they didn't answer. Anyone knows why is this happening?

Should not be taxes. I wonder if this is related to the discounts they are offering on the front page to new buyers. Hopefully support will answer.

Yeah, it wouldn't be taxes. Its never happened before and as an IC, we're responsible for our own taxes. I also sent a message to support with no reply. It stinks if it is related to the discount. We're not the ones who offered the discount, so it stinks if we're the ones who have to absorb the cost of it. Its only $.75, but those little amounts can add up.

CC has long offered discounts and they have never been discounted out of our portion of the total price. Where are you seeing the $9? Maybe that particular page view isn't set up to show the amount after the decimal point? I'm guessing that it's just a display thing and that when you get paid, you'll be paid the right amount.

Thanks Celeste! I'm seeing it on my main account page. I think I've seen decimal amounts up there before, so I guess I will just wait to see what shows up in my Paypal account when pay time comes. All I know is the email said I should be getting $9.75, but when I looked at my account page, it only says $9.00.

Well, I got paid today and it was still short the $.75. I never heard back from support. Is there someone else I can contact? Thanks!

Thanks Celeste. I did try that email when I noticed it in the payment email. I heard back and they said it was a glitch and I would be credited the remainder soon, so hopefully it will show up soon.

I checked my account today and I have $1,50 more (exactly what was missing from 2 previous payments). It seems they fixed that glitch already. Hope you get paid soon too.
