Update to Minimum Offer Price

Hey everyone,

We wanted to let you know that a while back we updated the Minimum Offer Price a customer could send you on your articles. Previously, the minimum offer price was $7. After the update, the Minimum Offer Price is now the greater of $7 or 1/3 of the article's listed price.

We feel this update will ensure that offers you receive will be fair and reflect the hard work you have put into your writing.
