desperately seeking expedited help button

This site needs some way for writers and buyers to submit a request for expedited help. I have a customer who is out of town, probably at a convention of some sort, where he might possibly show my article and constant content's site to new customers. But he has a laptop and he doesn't have IE8 on it. He says he can't view my article. I have sent four requests for help, but by the time help arrives I may lose the sale. CC may lose the chance to get new customers.
