Writer Guidelines and Tips: Help please

I am new and although I read it when I first registered I would like to reread "The Writer Guidelines and Tips for Submitting Content". Perhaps I haven't searched hard enough, but can anyone tell me where I can find it?

Hi Sheryl,
I am new here too, and also can not find these links on the website. They were sent to me in the email confirming my account. Whenever I've wanted to go back to them, I click on the links in my email! They have recently upgraded the site and made some changes, and are still working out the bugs. Oh, my gosh. I just want to add my thanks, Ariah! I'd been looking for those, as well...I never though to check the email they sent! Feeling stupid here, now, but grateful!
