Okay, it's been driving me crazy wondering if there's some secret joke. I've noticed lately that the forums stay pretty clear of SPAM except for one: Common Place.
According to the description, the Common Place forum states that "anything goes but SPAM."
I never see normal posts in there anymore and the SPAM never seems to go away. Is this the punchline of a joke I missed out on?

You're right, for some reason the spammers love that section. Maybe it's the name? They use software to find forums to spam. Maybe "common place" is a common keyword for spammers or maybe "anything goes"? If it were up to me, I'd delete that whole section of the forum as it seems like we have plenty of sections to chat.
