Linking to Content Here

Post by dbvirago »

I want to start creating a post that links back to each new article here. I assume I can't use any part of the actual content, including the sample. Can I use the short summary, or should I just write a new one? The blurb I would write would be similar in intent to the summary, and then a 'To read more or purchase this article' link back to the article. I link to my profile from several place, but thought a direct link to each new article wouldn't hurt.

Anyone doing this? Suggestions or thoughts?

I have been able to link to my author profile sometimes, and have used an RSS feed to link to CC. In the "suggestions" forum, I recently posted an inquiry about author rss feeds and learned that CC does have them for us, which should serve your purpose. However, it's being buggy at the moment. For details, visit the Suggstions/Requests forum.

I've linked to the actual article before as a sample of my writing. CC is great for that, because you know the article has already been checked for mistakes. :D The downside is that if the article sells, you're in trouble. lol
