Can't Upload a File

Hi everyone!

I had submitted this article and the first time it was rejected because I forgot to edit out a word and a photo and have been trying to resubmit it. I know I'm supposed to use a txt or docx file, and I think my documents are all docx files but every time I try to resubmit the article it never shows up. This is really, seriously frustrating me. The editors are being very patient and I sure appreciate that, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help! Please!!! Thanks, Meg

Be sure to click the upload button after you browse for the file. Just browsing for the file will not automatically upload the file.

I always convert my docx files to .doc before submitting here. Might be worth a try.

This may seem like a dumb question but I don't know how to convert my files from docx to .doc. I can't find where to do that. Thanks, Meg

Click "Save As" and select "doc" from the "File Type" dropdown.
