Hello everyone!
I have a quick question here. There was a public request that didn't expire until April 30th, so I submitted an article for it. When my article was accepted (about 4 days later), the request was closed. My question is, why do customers close requests before the expiration dates? Is it because they've already received enough articles?
I know my article will be available for others if the customer doesn't want it, but I was wondering what happened.
Thanks in advance,
Sarah

Re: Public request closed
I think it's probably because they have enough articles. Few actually close the requests, so it's nice when one does do. Saves people from writing to a filled request.
