Article sold, published, appears incorrectly

Hi. I am just wondering about an article and how it appears on the buyer's webpage. I didn't have Word when I wrote it, which may be the problem. When I went to see the article on the buyer's webpage, rather than have two paragraphs within it that were bulleted, they were just jumbled together. The bulleted sections were lists, so were not complete sentences, so of course, it looks bad. Also, between the 'sentences' are vertical lines.

Can I email the buyer and offer to email them a version that I've written in Word, so that the bulleted areas appear correctly?
