Trying to unsubscribe from request emails

I unsubscribed from the new request/writer pool updates, but I'm still receiving the emails.

Is there any other way to get rid of them?

Email support via the contact button and explain the problem. They'll sort it out when they can, and they should be made aware of it anyway.
