Hi, all!
Hoping someone can help. I uploaded a number of reprints this morning for usage only. Because they are no longer available on the original site but are coming up in Google results, they are systematically being rejected. I went through each one and found cached copies on Google and sent a message through the contact button with the byline links for each of them. That information is not making it through to the person reviewing the articles though and they are still being rejected. What can I do?

Hi,
Wait a couple of days for support to get to your email. If you don't hear anything, send a follow up email to support via the contact button. In the meantime, wait to submit any additional articles unless they are new ones that you have just written.
