The rejection comment dealt with complete paragraphs. There was a bulleted list in the article, each bullet being one complete sentence. The other graphs were developed. Does CC want complete paragraphs when using bullet points? If so, does this not negate the purpose of using bullet points? Thank you.

As long as you write an introduction to your list, bullet points are usually accepted here.
