Include summary and excerpt in the submitted file as well?
While submitting an article, there is a format provided by the system to include among other things title, summary, and excerpt. I want to know whether while submitting the full article (I choose Word format), do I need to include summary and excerpt there as well? Also, what should ideally be the name of the file?

The summary and excerpt should not be included in the submitted file. The submitted file is what the customers buy and they will want to avoid editing.
What you call the file is totally irrelevant as far as CC is concerned. However, for your own local copy, which you need to keep in case you have to resubmit, it makes sense to give it a meaningful name that gives some clue as to what the article is about.

I have always included the summary in the document I submit and never had an issue with this as far as CC and clients are concerned. For the name of the file, I use the title as the name (or the first few words if I have a long title).
