Can I request a "hold" on payment?

I haven't hit my payment threshold yet, but I'm really close to it, and I haven't set up my PayPal account yet. Can I request that CC hold my payment until I request it, or do they automatically send out payments?

I haven't used paypal in forever, so what do I put down on my account page where it says "add PayPal account"? My email? My name? What?

Payments won't be sent out until the end of the month (or the beginning of the month).

Yes, just put the email address you use for Paypal into the field where it asks for your information.
