Public Request with wrong link?

I was interested in one of the public requests I saw in the email alert with this heading: Title: Recipes and Photos wanted to Purchase .

I can't find the listing on CC, and when I click the link in the email, it leads to a request for NFL articles. Is this a real request, and how do I find it?
