I am confused! I have been told both are correct.
Also, is it clickable or click-able. My line reads "...clickable buttons are easier to use."
I must have missed this class in grammar school
Thanks

Re: Website or Web Site. That is the question
The only people who write "web site" is Microsoft. I don't know why they do that.
Anyway, "website" is what I write.
ETA: oops and "clickable."

Re: Website or Web Site. That is the question
For me, it depends on what I'm doing. I have clients who request it written both ways depending on the results of their keyword research. The same goes for things like email/e-mail, ebook/e-book, etc. I find CC is generally happy so long as you're consistent throughout the article and using a form generally accepted by the powers that be. (And the spelling difference doesn't change the meaning... retargeting/re targeting/re-targeting are quite different from remarketing/re marketing/re-marketing.) The one that drives me crazy is the capitalization of those words. eBook/Ebook/EBook? They all look funny no matter what the context.

Thanks guys. My article is in for submission. I was consistent with what I used so hopefully it is ok.

I'm sure it will be. Good luck!
