How to Change Article from Private Request

I submitted a couple of articles for standing requests but mistakenly marked them for "Private Request." How can I change this? As it stands, they do not appear in the general catalog and I'd like to have them out there in case anyone else is interested in them.

You can edit that part now, correct? I accidentally forgot to mark a private request and was able to go back and mark it.
