Affiliate program - couldn't sign up

Hi,

I tried to sign up for the affiliate program (the main one where I can send buyers for the articles) and could not because when I hit submit, the page said "page not found" or something like that. I didn't try again for fear of a duplicate sign up. Is something wrong with the signup form?
